About the Event
All individuals working for KULAN, community members, volunteers and other stockholders are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting in Edmonton on December. At this meeting, we receive the financial statements of the Organisation, and elect the Board of Directors for December 2019 to Dec 2021. It’s a good opportunity to network with your colleagues in the organisation.
This year’s Annual General Meeting of the Kulan Somaliland Society in Alberta will take place on Friday, December 20, 2019 in Edmonton, Edmonton Inn Hotel. You must be registered by 5:30 pm to attend the AGM and the meeting will start at 5:30 sharp. We are happy to announce that the AGM will be followed by a Community Forum – KULAN – is your event description.
Somali traditional food Lunch/ dinner will be servied, All Members will receive mail from the admin assistant a first mail will be-out in October. The second (voting) mail-out will be sent out not later than November 3, 2019. Members who do not accept mail can pick up their Information and Voting packages from the office or request these in electronic form by sending their request in an e-mail message to: kulan_org@hotmail.com.
